Klaus Waller

The trained journalist Klaus Waller, born in 1946, worked on more than 12 years as editor and publisher of a satirical paperback series at Rowohlt. As a publicist he has published 16 non-fiction books to date. The work on Paul Abraham is his second major biography. Previously, together with Volker Herres, he traced the political life of Chancellor Gerhard Schröder ("Der Weg nach oben", Econ). The book "Paul Abraham. The Tragic King of Jazz Operetta" was included in the recommendation list "Best Indipendent Books" by the Bavarian State Ministry for Science and Art 2021.
