Alexandra Altmann

Alexandra Altmann is specialized in business psychology and leadership.

Since 1988 she is consulting leaders in all industries on change management, execution and effective leadership.

As managing director at Accenture, FranklinCovey, mynds Consulting and virtuu she gained extensive and very practical experience in successfully leading ambitious teams. Working with Stephen R. Covey and his teams helped especially in shaping her deep understanding of best practices for true leadership.

With her international experience she became a pioneer for modern remote leadership also in the German-speaking countries.

It is her passion to inspire and support others in developing the best in themselves and in thriving in the new world of working.

She lives in Munich-Gruenwald with her husband and daughter and also enjoys spending lots of time with her large original family in their hometowns in the Bavarian Forest.
