Mario Büsch

Dr Mario Büsch is a management consultant, coach and procurement strategist. He supports companies in transforming their procurement and supply chain organisations – from strategic reorientation through to operational implementation. His work combines many years of industry and consulting experience with sound academic expertise. As a former professor of supply chain management, procurement and corporate strategy, as well as the author of several specialist books, he advocates a practical, methodologically sound approach. His focus is on empowering procurement organisations to sustainably strengthen their role as strategic value drivers. He studied electrical power engineering at the Technical University of Cologne, completed an MBA at the OU Business School in the UK, and subsequently obtained a DBA from the University of Gloucestershire in the UK.
