Julia Roglmeier

Julia Roglmeier, LL.M., is a partner at the law firm RPE, with offices in Munich and Stuttgart. Practicing law since 2005 and certified as a specialist lawyer for inheritance law since 2009, her expertise spans drafting complex wills—particularly for blended families, divorced individuals, and beneficiaries with disabilities—as well as compulsory share law, family partnerships, real estate transfers, and legal provisions for incapacity (such as powers of attorney and living wills). She also specializes in tax-optimized asset and business succession planning.

She is a certified advisor on business succession (DStV e.V.), an executor of wills (DVEV), and a business mediator (MuCDR). She serves on the ZErb academic advisory board and the German Bar Association’s inheritance law committee.

As an author, she publishes with C.H. Beck, Nomos, Zerb, Haufe, and Stiftung Warentest. Her books include Das Behindertentestament and the bestselling guide Vererben und Erben.
