Manolo Link

Manolo Link was born 1955 in Cologne, Germany, and now lives between there, Dublin, Ireland and Finisterre, Galicia, Spain.

Manolo has published 10 books: Two autobiographical works A New Life on Bali and A New Life on the Camino and inspirational novels Phillippe, Insua, Fisterra, Joi - und die Weltenretter und Maria Milena. And two love storys: Hannah - Eine irische Liebesgeschichte und Liebe endet nie.

A New Life on Bali is his first book to be translated into English.

Manolo and his books have been featured in newspapers, magazines, radio and TV in Germany, Austria, Ireland, Spain and the USA. He has been interviewed and given readings at the Frankfurt, Leipzig and Vienna Book Fairs, and at a series of events across Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Spain. His love of Bali has led to his participation on two occasions in the Ubud Writers and Readers Festival, an international literary festival held in Bali.

He was admitted as a professional writer to the Irish Writers Center in 2018.

In addition to writing books, Manolo runs creative writing workshops.
