I have a background in coach education and experience as a scientific coordinator in high-performance sports, specifically with the German Triathlon Union. My work in coach education has provided me with skills in instructional design and adult learning, which I apply to my professional projects. As a scientific coordinator, I was responsible for managing interdisciplinary initiatives, facilitating collaboration among coaches, athletes, and researchers, and supporting the integration of scientific insights into high-performance training environments.
