Richard Foque

Richard Foqué is, at once, an architect, educator, researcher, scholar, and poet. In a career spanning 40 years of lecturing, practicing, teaching, and writing, Richard has been an international leader by advancing the discipline and practice of architecture through award winning buildings and numerous influential research papers and scholarly publications. An interdisciplinary thinker since his university days, his work is characterized by the integration of architecture, art, design and science and reflected in the book "Bringing the World into Culture", dedicated to him and in which 21 eminent scholars, architects and designers bring a tribute to his work.

Richard lives and works in Antwerp, Belgium.
