Susan C. Alker

Susan C. Alker is an attorney and partner in the Los Angeles office of Winston & Strawn LLP (www.winston.com). As an attorney, she has extensive experience representing major banks, hedge funds, private equity funds and corporations in a wide variety of lending transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, leveraged acquisition financings, cross border loans, asset-based loans, investment grade credit facilities, and debtor-in-possession credit facilities. She also has significant experience in subordinated debt transactions, interest rate swaps and derivatives, mezzanine debt and second-lien loans.

Susan frequently writes and speaks on topics in the field of lending law.

Susan has a JD and an MBA, and is licensed to practice law in California and New York.
