Debbie Ruskin

Debbie Ruskin is a highly experienced BACP Registered Accredited Counsellor and Reiki Master based in Manchester UK. Her book 'A Candle for Lisa' is about her experience of losing a child and being affected by the organ retention scandal and her subsequent journey of recovery. By sharing her experiences, Debbie hopes it may bring comfort to others who have suffered a painful loss. She also hopes it will raise professional awareness, allowing insight into the personal impact of such a loss.

Debbie was born in Birmingham and is still a keen supporter of Birmingham City Football Club.
