Spencer M Aronfeld

Spencer Aronfeld is an internationally recognized cruise ship passenger injury cases against cruise lines such as Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Disney, Celebrity, Norwegian, Holland America and Princess for nearly 25 years.

In addition to the practice of law, Aronfeld is a noted author, and civil rights activist, who blogs frequently for the Huffington Post.

He was born in Chicago and raised in Wichita, Kansas. In 1991 Aronfeld graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law. He founded his own personal injury law firm and has gained an international reputation as a tenacious advocate for injured people and their families.

Aronfeld earned national recognition after his first jury trial after an Orlando, Florida jury awarded his clients a verdict against Walt Disney World. That verdict remains one of the largest in a personal injury case against "the Mouse."

Aronfeld has appeared on NBC's Today Show, Good Morning America, Court TV, Primer Impacto, Montel, Tyra, Dateline NBC, America's Most Wanted, The Insider, CNN and HLN Issues with Jayne Velez-Mitchel.

Aronfeld is a Board Certified as a Civil Trial Lawyer by both the Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

In 2010 Aronfeld published his first book, "Sara Rose, Kid Lawyer". The book tells a story inspired by his daughter Sara Rose, about a girl who likes to argue. A portion of the proceeds of this book go to Lawyers to the Rescue, a not for profit humanitarian initiative that Aronfeld founded to provided legal assistance to those in need.

Aronfeld's second book, "Make It Your Own, the Ultimate Law Student's Guide to Starting Your Own Law Firm" was launched at Florida International University College of Law. Today he travels across the country teaching young lawyers and inspiring law students how to open their own law firms and become strong and passionate advocates for people.
