Franklin Cooper

He has spent thirty years in management and marketing working with large and small companies, not-for-profits and government agencies. Has held senior positions with Allied Signal Corporation and a New York management consulting firm with responsibility for for Union Carbide and McGraw-Hill accounts.

Was part of management organization that guided The Association for Work Process Improvement (TAWPI) that promotes improvement of work processes in the information technology industry. He was inducted into the TAWPI Hall of Fame

in 1997 for significant contributions to the Association and to the industry.

Authored "Great Leaders Know How to Manage Change" that appeared in the 1998 Handbook of Business Strategy published by Faulkner & Gray, New York, N.Y.

Serves as Chief Executive Officer of COOPER LLC, Business Management Advisors, with corporate offices located in Chicago, Illinois.
