Roger Masterman

Roger Masterman is Professor of Constitutional Law at Durham Law School in the UK. His research interests lie in UK constitutional law and reform, bills of rights and human rights law, and comparative constitutional law. He is a member of the Editorial Committee of the journal Public Law, and of the Executive Committee of the UK Constitutional Law Association. He has recently held a Visiting International Chair at LUISS, Rome, and a MacCormick Fellowship at the University of Edinburgh.
