'The Other Schindlers' was my first published book - rather a shock at the age of 65. It is now available in Danish with the title 'Schindlers Ligemaend' which means Schindlers Peers. My book is also available as an eBook and now in paperback with a Postscript updating some of the stories. A Brazilian-Portuguese translation is available with the title 'Os Outros Schindlers'. It would be good to see other translations. An amazing 13,000+ units have been sold in all 5 formats.

My book covers 30 rescues in 10 different countries and I examine the motivation of the rescuers and also compare their courage during the Holocaust with issues we face today. I have had personal contact with the families where the rescuer or rescued are no longer alive. There are contemporary and modern photos in the book.

The book has been remarkably well received and its publication has changed my life - it has been very exciting with interviews on TV and radio and a tour in the US with a presentation in the UN bookstore in New York.

I now have two more published books 'Who Betrayed the Jews?' published in January 2016 which covers the realities of the Holocaust in all aspects and 'Women's Experiences in the Holocaust: In their own words' published in 2018 which is precisely what the title says. Both are available in paperback and Kindle.

In December 2016 I was honoured by the Queen for my work on Holocaust awareness and I now have an MBE which Prince Charles presented to me at Buckingham Palace. In 2018 I was awarded two Honorary Doctorates for my work on the Holocaust by Sheffield and Oxford Brookes Universities.

I am very pleased that 'The Other Schindlers' is being translated into Romanian for publication in 2020 to add to the Danish and Brazilian-Portuguese editions.
