Ann Rhoades

Ann Rhoades is President and founder of People Ink, an organizational culture consulting firm. Ann provides the inspiration and strategic direction for creating values-centric cultures for her clients. Ann is a high energy, creative leader with a passion for creating unique corporate cultures based on values, customer service excellence, and employee engagement.

Ann is an experienced Human Resources expert and prior to founding People Ink served as the Chief People Officer of Southwest Airlines, Promus Hotel Company (Doubletree, Homewood, Embassy Suites, and Hampton Inn brands), and JetBlue Airways.

She is currently on several Boards of Directors including:

JetBlue Airways, P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Anderson School of Business at the University of New Mexico, Accion New Mexico, Safer New Mexico, and HireVue.
