Leigh A. Hall

Leigh A. Hall is an Associate Professor of Literacy Studies at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Her work focuses on understanding why adolescents have reading difficulties and what teachers can do to help them.

Prior to working at UNC-CH, she was a 6th-grade language arts and social studies teacher in the Alief school district in Houston, Texas.
