Jean Duane

Jean Duane is the founder of Alternative Cook, LLC, and produces instructional DVDs and video streams for her website alternativecook.com, where she shows how to cook without gluten, dairy, and other food allergens. Jean has written Bake Deliciously! Gluten and Dairy Free Cookbook, the Complete Idiot's Guide for Gluten Free Cooking (ciggfcooking.com), produced several spots for Comcast's Video on Demand, and made television appearances on PBS's Life Wise series and on Bringing It Home.
