Barry McDonagh

Barry McDonagh (BA, Dip Psych ) is a best selling author of several books on overcoming anxiety.

A native of Ireland, his first book 'Panic Away' was published in 2001. That book was based on his own personal struggle with anxiety and panic disorder and has since been sold in over 32 countries worldwide. His latest book DARE is the culmination of many years working with people who suffer from anxiety. Barry's approach is unorthodox, engaging, fun and most importantly, effective.
