Candace McCarthy

Candace McCarthy is the author of historical and contemporary romance. She lives in Delaware with her husband. She grew up in northern New Jersey but moved to Delaware when she and her husband were young newlyweds. She has a married son who has three daughters. Besides her passion for writing, she loves to read, do crafts, and travel. She enjoys being "Grandma" and she shares her son's and daughter-in-law's love for music.

Candace won the National Readers' Choice Award in the long historical romance category with her book White Bear's Woman, which was first released in 1998.
