David Teurtrie

David Teurtrie is a doctor in geography and associate researcher at the Europes Eurasia Research Center (CREE, Paris). His work focuses on the geopolitics and geoeconomics of Russia and its close neighbours. After several years spent in Russia, he is currently posted in the South Caucasus. Lecturer at INALCO and ISIT, he is also an honorary member of the Cercle Kondratieff and a member of the Institute of Slavic Studies.
