I am a founder member of a team that recently discovered a new antibiotic potentially capable of curing MRSA and Clostridium difficile. This work was presented to Prince Phillip at St. James's Palace, London and was the subject of major media attention in the UK on ITV News and in many leading newspapers, including the Wall Street Journal, around the World.

I am a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine, and I used to run a "Health Alert" blood-testing company. I have published over 200 books and research papers on immunology, cancer invasion, influenza, tropical diseases and MRSA. Five years ago I decided to produce a comprehensive but easily accessible book on health and fitness to help people of all different ages have more healthy and fulfilling lives; the result of this five year project is 'It's Your Life'.

I recently retired after 25 years as a University Research Professor at Swansea University but I am still working! I currently have a fellowship and am in Brazil carrying out a review on the use of Insect Natural Products as Medicines.

Since I wrote the book new scientific data have been published which validate some of the conclusions that I reach in the book. So, I very much hope that the book 'It's Your Life' will be of great value to you by helping you to live a more healthy life and to attain an enhanced sense of well-being.
