ej "jami" Morgan was a television journalist and news anchor in Iowa, a government PR "flack" in Albuquerque, and one of the first web designers-- in fact she even helped Al Gore invent the Internet in the early 1990s ; ) Morgan truly was an internet pioneer who created one of the first online hobbyist Bulletin Board Systems (BBS) in the United States in the early 1980s.
"Then I discovered Philip K. Dick and HAD to share my own mystical, trans-real VALIS story," Morgan says. Her award-winning novel, "A Kindred Spirit," is available here on Amazon.com as both trade paperback and Kindle eBook. Morgan now has four books available with the release of her newest mini book Dharma in Your Ear -- a sampler of a larger book titled #grappling. Seeing Clearly (August, 2013.) The 20 Year Anniversary eBook Edition of "Beyond the GodForce" was released in 2011.
Here's a bit about her books:
#grappling -- "Dharma in Your Ear" is a mini book (approx 35 pages) sampler of the forthcoming, long-awaited #grappling
a Commonplace Book. It covers healthy practices for mind and body, how to determine what matters most to you, along with cosmic explorations into dreams and other dimensions (A to Z, astrology to ZiaLink!) The latter means tech, from the latest AI to dream yoga holograms ;)
"Seeing Clearly" is a little book about the Big Questions: What is God? Is there an afterlife? How do we explain near-death visions, out-of-body experiences (OOBEs), miracles and mysteries? We can't explain the inexplicable, but maybe it's not necessary. Maybe all we need is to let go. But, first let's take another wild ride through the metaphysical, philosophical, and cosmic concepts from the novel, A Kindred Spirit, as this time we discover what is really real.
About the Novel, AKS:
"I never really thought of writing a novel until I experienced my own PKD Big Bang," says jami (as her friends call her.) No idea what a "PKD Big Bang" is? Morgan was invited to the first U.S. Philip K. Dick Festival (August, 2010) near Boulder, Colorado, so Phil fans could find out. That was the "Intergalactic Release" of AKS (A Kindred Spirit.)
"It was an honor to be part of the first PKD festival," Morgan says. "Philip K. Dick has emerged as the 20th century's premier science fiction writer. Since his untimely death at age 53, interest in PKD has exploded. More than eight movies have been based on his books and stories. My novel explores some of his most controversial experiences with consciousness and cosmic mysteries." You can read more about AKS and the great reviews by clicking on "A Kindred Spirit" below.
"Beyond the GodForce", a nonfiction eBook, has its own amazing back story. It came lightning fast, in an inspired "automatic writing" frenzy in 1991. But, it's amazingly fresh and relevant now. "In fact," Morgan says, "it may be MORE important now than ever. BtGF will guide you on your own inner journey so you can really SEE." For anyone of any faith, or those with none, you may be astounded to learn about the GodForce and what lies beyond!
