Scott Mansfield

A longtime gardener, cook, brewer and award winning winemaker, Scott has made wine, beer, cider, and all manner of fermented beverages for the last 15 years. He is currently hosting classes and events related to his Strong Waters book as well as writing beer and wine-related articles.

His goal for Strong Waters and his other writing is to inspire readers to make their own fermented beverages. The book presents recipes that are not only simple to complete but include information missing from similar books, namely the history and cultural significance of each beverage and any health benefits provided by the ingredients.
