Norma Roth

Norma Roth grew up in the boroughs of New York and was educated in the NY school system graduating Hunter College. After spending the next decade as Household Executive raising two sons, she returned to complete her education, obtaining further degrees at Simmons College and Suffolk Law School in Boston. She is a lawyer, educator and writer. She has published a number of poetry books for the mature, notably "Fear, Trembling and Renewal," where she explores seeing the world anew as the "snow begins to fall" and daring to say "Yes!" to life. In her full length book "Aging Gracefully With Dignity, Integrity & Spunk Intact: Aging Defiantly," Ms. Roth goes further refusing too accept the inevitability of losing brainpower. With science on her side, she debunks myths, and provides a new vista for those she refers to as "The Silver Generation," offering a fresh insight into a Personal Retrieval System (PRS) for harnessing ones own brain power. Written with humor some of the "Ten Tips To Keep People Off Your Back" included in "Aging Gracefully..." are cited in a NY City Strand review: "If you can't remember a word -- use a smaller word; if you can't remember what you ate today -- switch the subject, if an interruption caused you to lose your train of thought -- stop letting people interrupt you...."
