L. Kathleen Cline was born in Pensacola Florida. After following her Navy husband for 22 years, Richard and Kathleen have settled in Fayetteville Tennessee. During the many moves, deployments and constant changes the military can bring to a marriage, God has shown Kathleen the importance of a strong spiritual life.
