John F. Dillon

John F. Dillon (1937-and still kicking) was born in Brooklyn, New York. He attended grammar and high schools on Long Island. There followed a 4 year stint in the US Navy as a fire control technician. After receiving an honorable discharge, he married, fathered four sons and obtained employment in the Aerospace Industry. In the evenings, he attended CW Post College and obtained a BS Degree. In 1986 he relocated to Florida where, in his late fifties, he was downsized into the ranks of the unemployed and immediately began a career as a novelist and short story writer. His books include, "Return to Islamorada", "Downsized" ,"A Tale before Departure". and "Teejus Journey" all currently available on Kindle.
