D.Joyce White

D. Joyce White is an associate professor of physical therapy at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She has taught for many years in the areas of musculoskeletal evaluation and treatment at the University of Massachusetts Lowell and previously at Boston University. She has degrees in physical therapy as well as a doctorate in epidemiology, and is active in research. Books include Measurement of Joint Motion: A Guide to Goniometry currently in the 4th edition. A book chapter on Musculoskeletal Examination can be found in Physical Rehabilitation edited by O'Sullivan, Schmitz, and Fulk (2014).
