Tracy Smyth

Tracy is a connector, an effective group facilitator and a community leader. She has spent seventeen years helping individuals and communities articulate and achieve their goals to build vibrant, caring communities.

In 2001, with a background in public health, she became the Community Facilitator of a cutting-edge provincial program called Make Children First - leading BC communities into the world of early years community development. In addition, she contributes provincial leadership in an effort to support and leverage the extraordinary strengths of colleagues in communities and agencies throughout BC.

A life-long learner, she holds a Master of Arts degree in leadership and training at Royal Roads University with a focus on multi-agency collaboration. She thrives on the process of learning; for her own development and as a catalyst to support others in learning.

Tracy loves to inspire and energize others about “what could be” by identifying new partnerships and championing innovation.
