Rabbi Lyon is the Senior Rabbi of Congregation Beth Israel, Houston, TX, the oldest synagogue in Texas, organized in 1854. He is an officer of the CCAR (Central Conference of America Rabbi). He serves on non-profit boards in Houston, to better the life and times of families and individuals in our community.
