Karine Chateigner has been involved in spiritism since 1982. She is the vice-president of the Allan Kardec Spiritist Society and writes regularly for the Journal of Spiritism, the quarterly publication of the association. She gives lectures on spiritism and is also a medium. She is the author of two other books, one dealing about her experience as a medium and the other about Jesus according to the information brought by the spirits.
“Despite proof that spirits did indeed exist, I was not particularly happy with my relationship with the afterlife. I wanted something more “serious”, more philosophical... Little by little I stopped using the table as it was time consuming. I began using a glass on the table top that moved towards the letters of the alphabet.
A while later I discovered that there was a spirit group born in 1974. This was a revelation for me, learning about people such as Allan Kardec, Gabriel Delanne, Léon Denis and many others as well as discovering what it is to be a medium.
I was soon invited to a Ouija board séance. The end of the message was signed Gabriel Delanne. I could not have imagined he would visit me as I did not know him. In this message he confirmed that I was gifted as a medium and invited me to develop this within the group in Nancy. My friend Michel and the spirits themselves gave me precious advice.
Having become a spiritist and a medium, I was on the path to a wonderful adventure and still am to this very day. By wiping out the frontiers of death we have been able to establish a dialogue and to obtain a number of answers to our questions. You will find these answers in the following pages. »
