Emmanuel AKERMANN

Emmanuel AKERMANN is a sports coach specializing in physical and mental preparation, a 5th dan black belt in karate, and the author of numerous books and DVDs on martial arts and physical preparation. He began his journey into the world of sports and personal development by practicing martial arts at the age of six.

Holder of a Master's degree in History and diplomas in sports teaching, Emmanuel is also an accomplished artist. Musician, graphic designer, illustrator, he promotes a holistic practice where "physical culture" plays a central and meaningful role, along with an affirmed artistic dimension, and which must contribute together to spiritually elevate the individual.
