Ariane Chapelle

Dr Ariane Chapelle is a recognised author in risk management, published by Wiley, Pearson, and Risk Books.

When she was busy writing her flagship textbook, her 8-year-old son asked her to write a book for children instead. That promise marked the beginning of Tempest and Wallace's adventures, with Tempest's Secret in 2024 and Tempest and the Brighton Treasure in 2025.

Ariane Chapelle has been a teacher and academic for over thirty years, always dedicated to the cause of children and education. All the proceeds from her debut middle-grade novel benefit the charity "Children of Klang Leu", a daycare centre supporting vulnerable children and their families in the Sihanoukville province in Cambodia.

Born in Belgium and living in London, Ariane holds both Belgian and British nationalities and writes in English and French.

She now fully dedicates herself to creative writing for children and adults.
