Louise Kean

Louise (Lulu) Kean-Wood is a writer from London. Her first four books were published (when she was in her twenties) by Harper Collins: The Perfect Ten, Toasting Eros, Boyfriend in a Dress, and Material Girl.

Louise has written for You Magazine, The Telegraph, Company, Glamour and Cosmopolitan, among others.

Louise LOVES all radio, and has appeared on regional radio and Womans Hour (Radio 4) multiple times, discussing extreme weight-loss, bad-book-sex (with Jilly Cooper), not cooking, and one-night stands.

Lulu is a cultural commentator, joyful feminist and devoted advocate of Christmas.

Milkshakes for the Almost Dead is her first novel for over ten years, and will be published in August 2023.
