Aviad Goz - Founder and Chairman of N.E.W.S. Coaching and Training Sarl. Senior trainer in more than 1700 organizations in over 50 countries including many Fortune 100 companies. Aviad published 12 books so far. The recent book was co-published with Kim Barnes - "The Compass - How to Navigate Your Life and Career in Times of Change".

The Compass has now developed into 8 programs of training, facilitation and coaching. It is now in use in over 30 countries and translated to 8 languages. Aviad lives very intensively and creatively between Israel, Switzerland, and Panama but mainly in flights around the world.
