Japheth J. Light

Japheth is a puzzle enthusiast and inventor with a lifelong passion for mathematics and well-crafted puzzles. He's the creator of Tridoku and Snowflake Sudoku, syndicated by King Features for over 15 years. A Clemson-trained engineer with advanced degrees in applied mathematics and computer science, he works in software engineering by day and moonlights as a university-level math instructor.

His original Tridoku and Snowflake Sudoku collections were published by Sterling and are now out of print; his current puzzle books, including new Tridoku and Snowflake Sudoku volumes, are published under his own imprint, Prism Puzzles.

He lives in Florida with his wife and four children. His interests range from a farm in Ecuador to the occasional bout of fitness.
