Gabriel Rockhill

Gabriel Rockhill is a philosopher, cultural critic and political theorist. He is Associate Professor of Philosophy at Villanova University and Founding Director of the Critical Theory Workshop at the Sorbonne. He is the author most notably of "Counter-History of the Present: Untimely Interrogations into Globalization, Technology, Democracy" (Duke UP, 2017), "Interventions in Contemporary Thought: History, Politics, Aesthetics" (Edinburgh UP, 2016), "Radical History & the Politics of Art" (Columbia UP, 2014) and "Logique de l’histoire: Pour une analytique des pratiques philosophiques" (Editions Hermann, 2010).
