Jeff Harter

Jeff Harter is an illustrator, character designer, animated TV show creator and assistant professor of illustration. Jeff has illustrated several children’s books, including "10 Little Tractors" and "The Lion on the Bus." He is also the creator of the animated TV show comedies "Packages from Planet X" and "Boy, Girl, Dog, Cat, Mouse, Cheese." Jeff lives with his family in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York.
