Lech Pawlowski

Lech Pawlowski, PhD, DSc is at present Emeritus Professor at The University of Limoges in France. He has been active in industry and academia in the field of surface engineering. Author and co-author of 144 well cited scientific papers (Hirsch factor of h=39), 3 books and 3 books chapters. He was awarded the honorific title of Dr.- Ing. E.h. by Technical University of Chemnitz in 2013 (Germany) and inducted into the Thermal Spray Hall of Fame in 2015. His time out of work he likes to spend with his family, going to cinema, reading books or playing tennis.
