John Edgell

John, a graduate of Appalachian Bible College and Berean Christian College, was born in Battle Creek, Michigan, and grew up in East Leroy, a small town south of Battle Creek. He was an Athens High School All-State, All-American football standout. He served in the Army as a non-commissioned officer during the Viet Nam War era. John graduated from Appalachian Bible College and Berean Christian College, is an ordained minister, and has been a pastor, youth pastor, Christian school teacher, assistant mission director, and mission director. He has been writing Christian fantasy fiction since his two sons were knee high to a gnome. He was a member of a sci-fi fantasy writer's group in Seattle for twelve years, and for three years led a Christian writer’s group in Pahrump, NV, a sprawling town in the Mojave Desert where he lived with his wife, Sue. He now lives in Miles City, Montana.
