My books are written from my experiences growing up. I don't hold back and share the good and the bad because everyone can learn from all those pieces.

Lars Rood grew up on Whidbey Island Washington. He graduated from Seattle Pacific University and then moved to Southern California where he got involved at Forest Home camp. After a couple years as a high school teacher he became a youth pastor and just recently he went back into the classroom again. Along the way Lars earned a Masters in Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary and then a Doctorate in Ministry from George Fox Evangelical Seminary.
