D'Ann Mateer

D'Ann Mateer, previously published as Anne Mateer, has loved reading and writing stories since childhood. In 2000, she began studying the craft of fiction and working toward publication. Ten years later, she received her first book contract. D'Ann is now the author of 4 historical novels and 2 historical novellas. D'Ann is a three time Genesis contest finalist and a Carol Award finalist for At Every Turn.

D'Ann and her husband, Jeff, have been married over 30 years and love to travel to visit their grown children and to tour historical sites. They live in the Dallas area.
