I’m Ann Castro, parrot and parakeet expert and the author of The Bird School series, along with numerous publications on parrot training, behaviour, nutrition, health, and welfare.

Since 2001, I’ve been helping parrot and parakeet owners resolve issues such as biting, screaming, fear, and medical-training challenges, and build trusting, happy relationships with their birds so they can truly enjoy life together.
