Michael Hultquist

My name is Mike Hultquist and I am a screenwriter, author and total chilihead.

I am the creator of the spicy food blog, Chili Pepper Madness (https://www.chilipeppermadness.com) where I explore spicy cuisine of all types, which includes cooking with a lot of chili peppers and interesting ingredients. I am rather insane for chili peppers. I cook furiously with peppers of all heat levels and love them all, but I'm hooked on crazy hot food. I have explored numerous ways to incorporate peppers into my dishes, and that has resulted in multiple cookbooks. I'm an ardent student of home cooking and gardening.
