Daisy Torres-Petrovich

Daisy was born and grew up in Puerto Rico. After two years of college, she found herself moving to Chicago, where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications. Years passed before she pursued a Master's degree in Special Education. The short stories "La Reina y el Coquí: Cuentos Borinqueños", released in 2009, were Daisy's first published works. Her second book "When I Became Special" is about her first experiences as a teacher. "Intuition: Prophesies", her most recent project, is Part One of a trilogy in which a young girl, with unique God given gifts, encounters forces of pure evil while searching for her true purpose in our world.

Daisy enjoys reading, writing, teaching her students, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
