Rafael Barreto

I was born in Cuba in 1945. I graduated as an Electrical Engineer at the Technical University of Budapest, Hungary, in 1970. Worked at the Cuban Electric Company from 1970 to 1992 when I emigrated to the United States. Author of several technical titles published in Cuba in the decade of 1970.

Retired in 2012.

Interested as a hobby in myisterious and unexplained events, structures, constructions, the origin of man, etc. enigmas around the world with no concrete explanation.
