Denise Ryan

Denise Ryan has been speaking professionally for more than twenty years. She is a Certified Speaking Professional, a designation of excellence held by less than 10 percent of professional speakers. She has given over 1,000 presentations and is a certified virtual presenter, certified health coach, and certified financial educator.

She has presented to audiences from four to four thousand and for organizations as varied as Mothers of Multiples and the US Department of Homeland Security. Her clients include Wells Fargo, IBM, the American Business Women’s Association, Subway, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Princeton University. She was featured on the cover of Arthritis Today magazine, showcasing how fitness and attitude can impact recovery from surgery (she has two new hips thanks to her arthritis). She is a volunteer for her local Community Emergency Response Team. She is a former board member of the Association Executives of North Carolina and a recipient of their Patsy B. Smith Award, which recognizes outstanding professionalism and exemplary service to the association community.

Denise lives outside Raleigh, North Carolina, with her beloved, Tim Palmer, and their two dogs Kenda (a solid black German Shepherd) and Banks (a Golden Retriever). She is addicted to true crime, murder mysteries, and all things sweet. She serves on Krispy Kreme’s Review Crew and hopes to die by drowning in a vat of donut glaze.
