Sandra Cerda is Ordained by the late John Osteen, Lakewood Church in Houston, Tx., Sandra has overcome multiple Sexual Assaults as a child, teen and young adult, severe Drug and Alcohol Addiction murderous Domestic Violence, Witchcraft, Suicide and more.
