Richard Larson is Co-Principal and Founder of Watermark Learning. Richard has over 30 years of experience in business, project management, business analysis, training, and consulting. He and his wife Elizabeth have led the growth of Watermark Learning to become a leading training firm with clients in a multitude of industries.
Richard is co-author of the "The Influencing Formula: How to Become a Trusted Advisor and Influence Without Authority", the "Practitioner's Guide to Requirements Management, 2nd edition," the "CBAP® Certification Study Guide (2nd Edition)," and the "PMI-PBA® Certification Study Guide."
Richard was one of the lead contributors to "A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge: (PMBOK® Guide), 4th Edition" and to "A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK® Guide), 2nd and 3rd Editions."
Richard is a Founding Board Member of two chapters of IIBA, a PMI-Minnesota chapter colleague-of-the-year award winner, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. His certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), and PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA).
