Margo Hoornstra

My joy is to write stories about everyday people who overcome life's obstacles to find their well deserved happily ever after.

At various times I've been a magazine editor, television producer, script and speech writer, and public relations specialist. Above all, I'm an avid reader who is now privileged to write and share stories about made up people, places and things.

This all started for me in grade school with a short story published in an all school anthology. A junior high journalism class led to a job on the school paper and, eventually, a regular column all my own.

On the home front in the upper Midwest, I'm a city girl turned country woman. I enjoy hiking and walking in the wide open spaces near my home, hate to cook and love to read.
