John Higgins

Dr. John P. Higgins, a Harvard-trained cardiologist, award-winning professor, and frequent medical expert on CNN and ABC World News, has taught everyone from preschoolers to pre-med students. He has published books on Cardiology, Smartphone Apps for Health and Wellness, and Energy drinks with McGraw Hill and Elsevier, as well as hundreds of peer reviewed medical journal articles. In addition, he holds a Masters in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge (England), and an M.B.A. (Honors) from George Washington University, Washington, DC. He is a passionate advocate for health education, he’s also a father, marathon runner, and proud co-creator of Marvelous Maxx.
