Boyd Cohen has a Ph.D. in Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado. For 15 years he has been teaching, researching and participating in sustainable entrepreneurship activities around the globe. He has started a handful of sustainable ventures in green building, green IT and more recently, carbon origination. He is a regular contributor to Fast Company and Shareable. He has lived in a range of leading global cities including: Copenhagen, Denver, Madrid, Buenos Aires, Santiago and now Barcelona. He has more than a dozen peer reviewed articles pertaining to entrepreneurship, innovation, sustainability and cities. He is currently a joint professor at EADA Business School and UVic in Barcelona and is the Founding Director of the Sharing Accelerator BCN dedicated to helping grow responsible sharing startups.
